Blackboard Inc. is updating the SafeAssign plagiarism tool which will require a service outage on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 9am to 11am CST. For the first half hour, SafeAssign functionality will not be available. For the remainder of the maintenance window, papers will not be processed. Papers submitted during this maintenance window will be queued, and reports will be delayed until after the maintenance has completed. Immediately after this maintenance is completed, users will experience a new look on their SafeAssign originality reports.

The UIC Blackboard Learn weekly maintenance window is Friday between 12-5am CT. Please note that Blackboard Learn might be available during this time if there are no system improvements to be made.
